Description
We are looking for a new face for our facility.
Our executive director would like to focus on driving policy and programming and ensuring long term funding.
This person would help at the majority of our events, welcoming the guests, ensuring the volunteers and summer employment students are supported.
The right candidate will have Food Safe, Serve it Right and be a team player.
Willing to take direction and be accurate when Emcee - following traditions and protocols for all manner of ceremonies and events.
Willing to ensure that all volunteers feel supported and valued.
Your time commitment will vary. Expect 4-8 hours per week on average - some weeks will be nothing for commitment, other weeks you'll feel like your hair is on fire!
Training Details
The executive director will train you in all aspects of emcee duties, and the direction and management of volunteers.
You will be given a seat in Monday.com to manage volunteers and their contact information making that aspect of your 'job' exceedingly easy. The platform offers wonderful training on using the components.
You will be supported in managing the volunteers and their needs.
