Helpful tips to make document shredding a breeze
1) Determine what will need to be shredded
Does the document contain PII (Personally Identifiable Information)?
Names
Birth Dates
Addresses
Phone Numbers
Email Addresses
Keep records that you need for either reference or legal purposes and shred everything else!
2) How Much Do You Have?
Determine how many boxes you need and what size of transportation you require to move your documents.
3) Prepare Your Documents
Paper items need to be removed from Binders, Binding Coils from Notebooks, and Binder Clips need to be removed. You do not need to remove: Small Paper Clips, Staples and Rubber Bands
The staff and board of the Association would like to thank Prairie Disposal Ltd. for continuing to partner with us for this event.
