The winner of March’s Volunteer of the Month draw is Greta Berg who was nominated for Volunteers of the Week by Odyssey House. Here is a look back at what they had to say about working with their Volunteer, ‘Greta has been an incredible asset to our organization. Greta has been willing to help out since day one. Whether it be a large event or a small day-to-day task, Greta has been up to help us out. Greta wants to be able to help empower women, she does this by not only being a positive role model in our community but by also graciously giving her time.’

The winner of February’s Volunteer of the Month draw is Jamie Querin who was nominated for Volunteers of the Week by Richelle LaCoste with Wembley & District Agricultural Society. Here is a look back at what they had to say about working with their Volunteer, ‘Jamie has volunteered in the community for over a decade. She is always willing to get her hands dirty and help wherever she is needed. She is a part of almost everything we do in our building and brings positive energy to it!’

Here is a look back at what they had to say about working with their Volunteer, ‘Gail is one of those volunteers that goes above and beyond. No matter what is happening at the archives she is always willing to step up and lend a hand. One of her main projects is to go through different publications for mentions of people from the south peace, saving that material for researchers in the future..’
